For those of you familiar with the original tier list, some changes have been made to various characters' placements, owing both to their increased strength and to our reinterpretation of various abilities. Here is a list of "patch notes," summarizing who has moved where:

Negi Springfield: added Magia Erebea form, moved above Jotaro
Son Gohan: moved above Kenshiro
Vegeta: moved above Kenshiro
Freiza: moved into Top Tier, above Kenshiro
Uzumaki Naruto: added Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, moved into Top Tier, above Kisuke

Hatake Kakashi: moved above Kuwabara
Monkey D. Luffy: added Haki, moved into High Tier, above Yoshimori
Mikura "Kazu" Kazuma: added St Elmo's Crossfire, moved into Strong Tier, above InuYasha
Gaara: moved into High Tier, above Kurama
Nura Rikuo: moved above Shigure

Yuki Onna: moved above Shigure
Toriko: moved above Gen
Yasutora "Chad" Sado: moved into High Tier, above Yamamoto

Aside from new character growth and a few changed opinions of old powers, the main catalyst for change was the reevaluation of the speed of Dragon Ball characters, who we believe are now rated accordingly.

As you may have noticed, many characters are still lacking a proper description of their abilities. Some have outdated descriptions, and others are missing descriptions entirely. Despite this, characters should all be rated correctly based on their current abilities; their descriptions will be updated soon.
